Western Red Cedar
Naturally rot-resistant and dimensionally stable, western red cedar is the premier wood for outdoor structures in Oklahoma. It takes stain beautifully, has natural insect resistance, and weathers gracefully if left unfinished. We build cedar pergolas in standard and heavy-timber profiles for that substantial, high-end appearance.
Pressure-Treated Pine
The most economical structural wood choice. Modern pressure-treated lumber uses a copper-based preservative that is less corrosive than older formulas. We use PT pine for posts and structural members where a final painted finish is planned, or where cedar’s cost premium isn’t warranted by the design.
Aluminum Powder-Coated
Architectural aluminum pergola systems are low-maintenance, dimensionally stable in Oklahoma’s heat, and available in a full range of powder-coat colors. Aluminum never rots, cracks, or warps. We install both custom-welded aluminum pergola systems and premium brand louvered systems.
Motorized Louvered Systems
A motorized louvered pergola is the only covered patio option that adjusts to changing weather on demand. Blades rotate from fully open to completely rain-tight with a remote control or smartphone app. Integrated LED lighting, side screen panels, and heaters can be added to create a true four-season outdoor room.
