Concrete masonry unit block forms the structural core of every outdoor kitchen we build. It’s the right material for outdoor use in Oklahoma’s climate — impervious to moisture, resistant to insects and rot, unaffected by the freeze-thaw cycling that Oklahoma winters deliver.

Outdoor-Rated Appliances Only

We specify only appliances rated for outdoor installation — Blaze, Coyote, Napoleon, Fire Magic for grills; True Manufacturing and Perlick for outdoor refrigerators; Scotsman and True for outdoor ice makers. No indoor appliances find their way into our outdoor kitchen builds.

Proper Countertop Materials

Granite, quartzite, and sealed concrete are the countertop materials we use outdoors. We do not install engineered quartz (Silestone, Cambria, Caesarstone, etc.) in outdoor applications — these materials are not manufactured for outdoor use and will fail in Oklahoma’s UV and temperature extremes.

Full Permitting
