VistaScapes Workmanship Warranty
Every outdoor kitchen we build is covered by our workmanship warranty, which covers defects in installation quality — including masonry cracking due to improper construction, failing mortar joints, countertop installation issues, and structural problems with the outdoor kitchen frame. Our workmanship warranty gives you confidence that if something fails due to how we built it (not wear and tear or external factors), we’ll fix it.
This matters because masonry work, in particular, is difficult to evaluate until it’s been through at least one Oklahoma winter. Our warranty gives you a full season to discover any freeze-thaw-related installation issues and know they’ll be addressed.
Appliance Manufacturer Warranties
The premium outdoor kitchen appliances we install come with manufacturer warranties that are among the best in the industry:

Natural Stone Countertop Warranty
Natural stone countertops — granite, quartzite, and concrete — are inherently durable materials. Our countertop installation includes:
- Proper substrate preparation to prevent cracking from movement
- Professional fabrication with correct edge profiles and cutouts
- Initial professional sealing application
Natural stone itself doesn’t come with a traditional warranty (it’s a natural material), but our installation quality ensures the stone performs as intended. Cracking from improper installation — not from impact or abnormal use — is covered under our workmanship warranty.
What’s NOT Covered
We’re honest about warranty limitations. The following are generally not covered by contractor or manufacturer warranties:
- Normal wear and tear — grease buildup, scratches from normal use, fading of painted finishes from UV exposure
- Impact damage — cracked countertops from dropped heavy objects
- Improper maintenance — appliance damage from failure to clean or winterize properly
- Acts of nature — tornado or hail damage, flood damage
- Modifications — changes made by other parties after project completion

Beyond the formal warranty, VistaScapes clients have direct access to us when questions arise.
