VistaScapes Design is a Broken Arrow-based outdoor living contractor serving homeowners throughout Broken Arrow, Tulsa, and northeast Oklahoma. How We Work

Every project starts with a free on-site consultation. We come to your property, walk the space with you, ask about your vision and budget, and discuss what’s possible. We don’t quote over the phone — outdoor living is site-specific, and a number without a site visit is a guess.

After the consultation, we prepare a detailed written estimate with specific materials, specific scope, and a clear payment schedule. We don’t do vague estimates — you should know exactly what you’re buying before you sign anything.

When you approve the project, we handle everything: permit applications, utility locates, material procurement, construction, and city inspections. You get a single point of contact from first consultation to final walkthrough.

Our Standards

We build to the standards we’d want for our own homes:

• Proper permit process on every project that requires one — no exceptions
• Correct base preparation for concrete and paver work — we don’t pour on inadequate base
• Properly engineered fireplaces — fire brick, smoke chambers, correctly sized flues
