Step 2: Design and Proposal
After the site visit, we develop a custom design and detailed written proposal for your project. This includes a layout plan, material specifications, appliance selections, and an itemized cost breakdown. We’ll present this to you in a follow-up meeting or via email, depending on your preference.
We typically turn around initial proposals within one to two weeks of the site visit. For larger projects, design development may take a bit longer as we work through structural and utility details.
